We partner with a global print-on-demand fulfillment company. Our busy bunnies work to find the facility closest to you to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely!
We don’t offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only available for wrong or damaged items. Please email contact@ricecakebunny.com with photos, and we’ll help resolve it quickly.

What if I receive the wrong or a damaged product?
Oh no! We’re so sorry. Please email contact@ricecakebunny.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the item, your order number, and details. We’ll make it right.
Product disclaimers:
Some garments may have a slight vinegary smell from the printing process—this is temporary and disappears after airing out or a wash.
Light discoloration or residue isn’t a stain—it will wash out in the first cycle.
We use water-based, eco-friendly inks with state-of-the-art printing methods.
If you notice a small mark, please wash before reporting an issue.
